2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your decoration products high-quality? Yes! We focus on premium materials, excellent craftsmanship, and modern designs that look beautiful for years. All products are carefully inspected before shipping.

7. How do I care for the products?

  • Dust gently with a soft dry cloth
  • Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods (especially for prints and artificial plants)
  • For vases and ceramics: Wipe with a damp cloth
  • Follow specific care instructions included with each item
